Cabo del Mar Ecopark is a housing development that is made up of mostly single-family townhomes. This is a great community in El Tezal if you are looking for a spectacular location and good amenities but all at a great price. All homes are two and three-bedrooms and feature a variety of layouts, home designs, and lot sizes. There are all-star amenities in this community. There is a clubhouse that offers a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, spa, gym, restaurant, and lounge area. This is the best combination, resort living in your backyard. Additionally, there is a kids club and a dog park. The list goes on of what Cabo del Mar Ecopark has to offer but they make living in paradise easy.
Location
The community of El Tezal is divided between the east and west sides. This breathtaking holiday spot, accessible by the Cabo Inland Corridor from outside Cabo San Lucas, never fails to amaze. Stretching roughly from the Punta Ballena (or Santa Carmela) bridge to the bridge at the Country Club (or just east of Walmart). This suburban community, which is less than 5 km broad, is dotted with gated communities. There are a lot of houses, apartments, and condos in this family-friendly neighborhood. There are many activities in this residential neighborhood. There are many exciting things to do for the day, delicious dining options, and local attractions. Playa Medano, Maria Ester Ranch, Passion Club & Lounge, Laura Urrea Art Gallery, Billygan’s Island, Zen Mar Mask Gallery, and Cactus Blown are some of our favorite local hotspots.
The Tourist Corridor, which stretches twenty kilometers, hugs the coastline. San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas are connected by the coastal road. This area is known for its high-end resorts with five-star services, the epitome of subtle luxury. Amenities include world-class golf, immaculate beaches with an abundance of water sports, delicious dining options, vibrant nightlife, and amazing real estate for sale are also available. Another perk of residing in the Cabo San Lucas corridor area is easy access to shopping. This holiday spot has excellent, varied shops, which makes it feel like home with creature comforts at one’s fingertips. Outside of Cabo, Plaza San Lucas is a fantastic location for a one-stop shop; we highly recommend it. They have all of the essentials, like Starbucks, Sam’s Club, Walmart, clothing boutiques, and La Europa (a large liquor store). There is also a Costco, Home Depot, and Fresko located off the Carretera Transpeninsular.
