For more than a year, my husband and I tried unsuccessfully to buy a condominium in Mexico. We were disappointed with several Mexico agents, who attempted a “bait and switch” approach to selling, where they would present a desirable property, and then give vast reasons why they property could not be sold. It was a major turn off. Then, MexHome responded to us and sent their young agent Yassine Riahi. What a refreshing change. Here was a sharp young man who really listened to us, and went above and beyond to find us the perfect home. He was creative and bold, and actually found us a property that was not even on market. Yassine sat through the negotiation, did leg work to make the deal go through, and once the deal was signed and the keys delivered, he drove us around to set up utilities, helped us find household help, and is always responsive when we send texts asking general questions.
