It took us a long time to find what we were looking for, and could afford AND we live in California so could not be there all the time to look.
We bought our land site unseen by us, bc Peter walked the grounds and took multiple videos showing us the whole area. And he knew us well so could way he knew it was a good fit for us…which it was!
He also partnered us with a contractor to begin construction which was hugely helpful.

Buying a house in a foreign country can be a daunting experience. For us It involved investing a large amount of money into a market that we didn’t totally understand, regulated by laws we weren’t familiar with, and with many of the required interactions in a foreign language.
