We first met Peter when my wife and myself decided to retire and move to Sayulita a couple of years ago. We knew we wanted to buy a home but knew nothing about real estate in Mexico. We had already started our remodeling projects and we were quickly running out of cash, (which is what all of the contractors want here.) Tessa had the listing of our property at 104 Nanzal. We realized it would be a difficult sell because of the stairs that went uphill to the main casa. Through Mex Homes we found a suitable buyer and Tessa negotiated a fair price for both parties. We are thankful we had her as our agent.

My husband and I have bought and sold a dozen homes in the US. Buying a home in Sayulita with Olivia as our realtor was seemless! We couldn’t of asked for more ! She is very knowledgeable as well as comfortable asking colleagues for assistance if needed. She is efficient, organized, very friendly and an overall joy. She has lived in Sayulita full time for years so knows the town well and is fluent in Spanish which is a huge plus when dealing with contractors, the notoriety as well as transcribing all the contracts !
