The Fixed Week Ownership Program provides individuals with a 1/24th deeded interest in a Villa at the Auberge Resort at Esperanza. In this program, owners are guaranteed a specific ‘Fixed Week’ in a two-bedroom Villa, which for this listing is Week 12 (Mar. 23rd to 30th, 2025) . The Fixed Week is automatically reserved each year, and then each spring owners will reserve their Float Week through the Residence Club Manager’s reservation process. Both the Fixed and Float weeks can be utilized by family and friends, providing flexibility in usage.
